This Levittown cape added a raised-ridge dormer which includes 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom and new second floor laundry room. There is a 2 foot cantilever across the entire rear and a combination of an 18″ and 2 foot cantilever in the front.
On the first floor, we re-framed the back bedroom wall and re-sided the entire house with exception of the front.
